Back in the mid 1980’s we wrote a few things about Prince in various publications, Prince read them and in in ’88 asked to meet us, this meeting which we assumed would be brief turned into a conversation of over 3 hours.
From there we stayed in touch and when the Love4OneAnother website was launched we wrote a lot of the content, most of it theology based and derived from many hours of discussion online with Prince, delving into history, religion and other topics.

We also helped with merchandise ideas and the policing of unofficial items on the growing eBay platform. We had the privilege of running the Love 4 One Another charity here in the UK, with pallets of tour merch being delivered to our small family home which we then sold a various events raising money for a UK charity fighting homelessness.

Fast forward to 5 years ago when we opened our store in Poole, Dorset, selling official Music, Film and TV merchandise. Of course, Prince was always going to be a part of the store, but it was never planned that he would be our main focus. This side of the shop grew organically, with people asking us if we could supply more than just the shirts officially licensed in the UK.

We added media to our selection and imported other official items, over time we added pre-loved original items. Now we have reached the point where we work with the licence holders Merch Traffic here in the UK and have our own merchandise authorised and produced.

Our intention has always been to offer the Prince family somewhere unique, a place to come for official items at fair prices, be that a piece of original, pre loved vinyl or the latest T. Shirt that will be sent packed with care and attention, in the peer 2 peer sprit established by Prince himself. For customers that visit us in person we strive to make it more than just a shopping experience, with many vintage display items in a mini museum of sorts.

Opening times are Monday thru Saturday 11 am – 5pm

Poole is a lovely place to visit on the Dorset coast why not make a weekend of it take in the sites and the shop , we would be pleased to open the shop on a Sunday by request
